Phoenix Infant Academy

Teaching VacancIes

Why come here?

It’s an exciting time to come to Phoenix Infant Academy!

We have recently been inspected by OfSTED who have defined the school as being a 'Good' provider with Outstanding aspects such as our commitment to inclusive education and our provision for children's personal development and welfare.

We work very hard here at Phoenix Infant Academy for our wonderful children; relishing in their achievements. We are looking for a talented teacher who has the same ethical and moral purpose, having joined this profession to make a difference to the lives of children often coming from limited means and opportunities  transforming their future into one of plentiful opportunity and economic certainty.

Our Leadership Team will provide the successful candidate with an enhanced induction package and NQTs will be paid from July, if joining ahead of a new academic year, to enable them to be as prepared as possible for their induction year.

Our children are:

“Happy and aspirational who believe in themselves and the values of the school”  which is a result of " enthusiastic, strong, focused and effective Leadership"

As we continue on our journey to excellence, we are looking for teachers that are truly passionate about learning. Whether you are experienced or an aspirational NQT we will help you to reach your potential:

“Leaders are successful in ensuring that support and professional development are available for all staff."

We have recently been through a rebranding process and are currently updating the video below. In the meantime we thought it would still serve the purpose of giving potential candidates an insight into the ethos and dynamism within Phoenix Infant Academy:
