We use ParentPay - an online payment service - to accept payments.
Getting Started with ParentPay
You should have received a letter with your account activation details. If you haven't received your activation letter, please let a member of the office staff know and they will arrange for you to get your details as soon as possible.
Once you have your account details you can log in online at www.parentpay.com. Look for the 'Login' button at the top right of the page.
What must you do with parentpay?
You must pay for the following:
- School trips
- In-school curriculum experiences/visitors
- Breakfast club
- After school clubs
What to do if you have a problem with ParentPay
There are a couple of things you can do is you are experiencing an issue with ParentPay. You can:
- Go to the ParentPay Support website and see if there is a resolution to your issue available there.
- Come to the school office and ask to speak to Mrs Spong who will try and resolve your issue.
