Friday 21st October 2022

Messages from the Principal, Mrs Pelazza

{alt_tag}

We have reached the end of our first half-term. And what an exciting time it's been!

All children have enjoyed boosting their courage and creativity during last week's International Dot Day! Year 2 have met the fastest animal on the planet, and Year 1 have enjoyed welcoming a Reception parent to talk all about Harvest. Amongst other things!

I must thank those of you who were able to attend our many parent events, too. From the Phonics workshop to the Reception and Inclusion team welcome sessions, we are so thankful for your enthusiasm and commitment. Please do keep it up!

{alt_tag}

We are now ending our focus on our HEROIC value of HONESTY. Whilst this will continue to be interwoven in all we do, next half-term will focus on EMPATHY. Please do speak to your child about what they've learnt this term: what does being honest mean to them? We'd love to hear what they say!

I would like to end by wishing you all a happy and safe half-term. We look forward to welcoming the children back on Tuesday 1st November.

Mrs Pelazza
