Club & Activities

The school organises a number of clubs for the children. However, these will NOT run for the first half of October half term due to COVID-19. Further information will be emailed to all parents/carers by October 12th regarding arrangements for after October half term.

Breakfast Club

Breakfast club runs daily, from 8:00am to 8:45am, when the children are taken to their classes.

The club starts with activities for the children to enjoy. This may be an art-based, a PE or games activity in the school hall, or a table top activity in the dining hall. In summer months the children may go outside for games, too.

By 8:30am the children having breakfast will have eaten.  They are offered a choice of food and drink including toast, cereal, fruit, cereal bars, juice and hot chocolate. Please note if your child is attending breakfast club and would like breakfast, they must arrive by 8:20am.

The charge for breakfast club is £2.00 per day. If your child attends every day, this must be paid a week in advance via ParentPay. We will accept cash payments of £2.50, payable to Miss M Bonnage on the door, for one-off and infrequent attendance. Please note we are not able to accept any child who has not been paid for.

After School Clubs

Whenever possible we run at least 3 different clubs, each for 10 sessions per term. These clubs may depend upon the season, such as tennis or football, or may be regular favourites which include IT, Art, Food and Sports multi skills.

Letters are sent to children asking for expressions of interest and places are then offer out to children across the school.

Costs for the clubs are kept to a minimum and parents are asked to pay for the 10 sessions in advance, though weekly payment is accepted if this proves to be difficult.
